根據《中華人民共和國政府采購法》規(guī)定，本項目安徽安慶技師學院采用公開招標方式進行招標，現將有關事項公告如下：

1．安徽安慶技師學院食堂托管經營，具體內容詳見招標文件。

<span times="" new="" roman";="" font-weight:="" bold;"="" style="font-size: 16px;">二、投標人資格條件：

1．投標人必須是具有獨立法人資質的餐飲企業(yè)；

2．投標人具有合法有效的《食品經營許可證》，許可證主體業(yè)態(tài)為餐飲服務類；

3．投標人須具有經營學校餐飲項目3年或社會餐飲5年及以上經歷，且具有良好信譽；

4．開標時需提供招標文件要求的相關原件資料備查<span times="" new="" roman";="" background:="" rgb(255,="" 255,="" 255);"="" style="font-size: 16px;">。

5．本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

投標申請人攜企業(yè)法人出具的介紹信原件、營業(yè)執(zhí)照、公司資質證書及食品經營許可證到   安慶技師學院總務處 報名，報名時須攜帶以上證書的復印件（加蓋企業(yè)公章）。標書工本費 200 元/份，售后不退。

報名時間：2019年  1  月  9  日-----2019年  1  月  16  日(節(jié)假日除外)。

1．金額：每位投標人開標前須繳納投標保證金人民幣  貳萬元  整。

2．支付方式：必須從投標人賬戶匯出，不得以個人名義匯款；只接受銀行匯款或網銀轉賬方式，其它方式或現金不予受理；匯款必須確保在開標前到賬。
